SevenSoft is fully committed to service quality and improves its quality management process continuously and proactively. We believe in the importance of standardized and mature processes to allow for scalability while maintaining and improving quality. To achieve this, SevenSoft have mapped CMMI5 into Scrum together into the SevenSoft Lean R&D Quality Management System (ClearWorks).

SevenSofts offshore testing center consists of a dedicated pool of software testing professionals who form a virtual extension of the client's development team. In addition, offshore testing center enables clients to scale up their development teams, both in terms of numbers and skill sets.

Integrated Approach

We use Scrum as the fundamental quality framework at SevenSoft. Within this framework, we seamlessly implement process improvement methodologies to increase customer satisfaction and CMMI5 to standardize, manage, and optimize our processes. As a CMMI Level 5, SevenSoft proactively and continuously improves its processes. On a monthly basis, the SEPG (Software Engineering Process Group) analyzes all performance metrics of ongoing projects and assess any that are requiring improvement. With SevenSoft's mature quality management processes and methodologies, we ensure the highest quality of service to our clients.
